Protege.
Protege is a local Hip Hop Artist in New York. He was actually on MTV’s G’s to Gents show this past season. He needed promotional work done for his new album coming out and I just so happen to be in town that week. He came out with his producer, RB, and right off the bat, these dudes were great! They were a whole bunch of fun. While we were in a particular location, some older folks came up and wanted to get some shots near where we were so RB started having his own photoshoot with his willingness to help the two couples. Protege is in the studio right now working with Brian from Night Owl Studios. The new album should be sick, so I’ll update more upon the release date.

dude I really like your NYC pics awesome composition and use of ALL lighting. Great series of shots. The Waffle House pic of them sitting having a coffee very none-shallot very journalistic my favorite. Awesome job bro!!
Thanks Nelson! I appreciate all of that a lot man. The slideshow is actually something that ProPhoto Blogs offers to clients, something you can only get through them. It’s not coded by me, I purchased my blog through ProPhoto Blogs and put it all together. I’m sure there is a way to code a slide show bar through Javascript or Flash on WordPress or Blogspot, but I’m not quite sure how to do it. I would just tell you to get a PPB, because it’s 10x easier to work with and customize than the others. Let me know if you do, because I can get you $10 bucks off! haha.
