Larkin Poe 3.0.
I had, again, the honor and pleasure of shooting with the beautiful girls of Larkin Poe for their upcoming album. It’s such a joy and tons of dang fun to shoot with Rebecca & Megan. If you have not heard these girls, go now… like right after looking at these shots, maybe before… or with thanks to the digital age, do both at the same time! Click Here to listen: http://larkinpoe.com/player. So hit play then watch and listen. Because, not only do I love working with these girls, I’m a pretty big advocate for their music. As far as the shoot goes, I’m pumped about how everything turned out! A big thanks to my extended family for lending me materials for the set. Also huge thanks to my friend Ian Bicknell and his wife Lauren for letting us use their house and freak out their pets with a bunch of dead animals. Look out for their fall shows up and down the East Coast and all you friends on the Eastern side of the world, look out for their Fall Europe tour.

Hi
Just found this beautiful pictures!
Best I like (counted from above): No. 3, No. 4 (the one on left side) and most of the ‘nature’ pics, especially No. 11, No. 14 (the one on right side).
The last below (with lanterns) is also very cool !
Thanks for sharing
Thanks Pete!
Woohoo! Lovely shots as always. Can’t wait to hear these girls!
haha Rebecca, I love how I got the notification about this while we were talking hahaha. You’re too cool. And you’ll be jammin these gals soon enough 🙂
I freaking LOVE the shots with the lanterns!
[…] Paul Wood! One of my best friends. Paul was assisting on one of my shoots with Larkin Poe back in 2011. He’s assisted me a few times and funny enough, he’s assisting me tomorrow! He’s a great assistant for a few reasons; He’s always on time, he does what I need him to do quick, and he’s tall, which means he can reach all the things I can’t. Paul also has been The Chariot’s Tour Manager and Merch guy for the last two years. I snagged this photo when we were setting up outside my friend Ian’s house. Ian is a fellow photographer that graduated with me from Gwinnett Tech. He does awesome film work! Put’s mine to shame. Check out his work here: http://www.ianbicknell.com/blog. Ian was awesome enough to let us use his house for that shoot. You can see the images from that shoot here: https://www.brianhallphotography.net/blog/larkin-poe-3-0. […]
